Due to the professional nature of our hair products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.
